1. Apply sunscreen

2. Choose the right skin care products
For your sensitive skin, choose your skin product carefully. You should avoid skin care and cosmetic products that have following ingredients: alcohol, harsh exfoliants, sodium lauryl sulphate, petrochemicals, acids, colouring agents, or synthetic fragrances.
