- Use the facial toner both morning and night after washing your face.
- Wet a cotton pad with a generous amount toner and gently massage your skin. Repeat the process until it absorbs completely and the cotton bud is clear of visible dirt.

Top tips for using facial toner:
- If your skin is very sensitive to cotton balls, use your hand instead.
- Make sure the skin toner gets completely absorbed before your essence to maximize the effect of your skincare.
- You may need two cotton pads completely soaked with toner. The first one will remove impurities, with the next one working the skin toner into the skin.
- Sensitive skin might be best to alternate the use of the toner. Though AHA/BHA is fine to use everyday for normal, oily or combination skin types.

Any dates quoted for delivering the Goods are approximate only. If no date is specified then it will take place within 30 days or a reasonable time of the date of the Confirmation Notice, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

For Christmas deliveries, we recommend that you check our Website for the last date of delivery. We will endeavour to dispatch all Goods that are in stock within 24 hours. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by 24th December.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
The Goods must be returned to us in the same condition in which you received them until such time as the Goods are either collected by us or delivered back to us by you. You must return the Goods with its original packaging and the original invoice. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Goods whilst they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
